PRINT ENVY Shipping Policy

 

Production Time

All Print Envy products are produced and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Orders typically enter production within 12 hours of being placed.
Printing, framing, packaging and preparation usually take 1–5 business days before dispatch.

During busy periods or holidays, production may take slightly longer. We always aim to keep things moving as quickly as possible while maintaining print quality.

 


 

UK Orders

Since all orders are produced and shipped from the UK, UK customers will not pay any import duties or customs charges.

Standard shipping times within the UK typically range between 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and location.

 


 

International Orders

We ship worldwide from our UK production facilities.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control.

 


 

Holiday Closure

Our UK production facilities close between 21 December and 2 January.

Orders placed during this period will begin processing when production resumes.

 


 

Shipping Information

Processing

Orders placed before 13:00 (UK time) enter production the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays.

 


 

Delayed or Lost Orders

Most orders arrive well within the expected delivery window.

A parcel is considered lost after:

  • 15 business days for UK, EU and US orders

  • 21 business days for all other international destinations

If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.

While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur once a parcel is in transit.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

We cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

 


 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed (during business hours).

Once production begins, orders can no longer be cancelled.

Canvas products and other made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

 


 

Uncollected Parcels

If an order is not collected from a courier pickup point:

  • The order can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee, or

  • A refund may be issued minus the return shipping cost

 


 

Delivery Deadlines

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines to help ensure orders arrive on time.

Orders placed before recommended cut-off times arrive on schedule in over 99% of cases. However, external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or supply chain issues can occasionally affect delivery times.

For time-sensitive orders, we always recommend ordering as early as possible.
