Orders

Can I update my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped or prepared for dispatch, we can usually update the delivery address. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery details and we will do our best to update it before it ships.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you need to change the artwork, size, or details of your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. We’ll review the request and confirm what can be updated before the order is processed.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation

Order confirmations are sent automatically after checkout. If you didn’t receive one, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll confirm your order manually.

Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and delivery link. If you cannot find the tracking email, please contact us and we’ll resend the information.

My order arrived damaged

We package all orders carefully, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged item. This helps us assess the issue quickly and arrange a replacement if needed.
